SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with PLASTIKTIARA.
As a handmade couture studio, every order is individually crafted before shipment. Please review the following shipping information carefully before placing your order.
Production Time
All production times listed on our website are estimates and may vary depending on workload, material availability, and project complexity.
Basic Collection: 2–4 weeks
Couture Collection: 4–8 weeks
Armor & Complex Projects: 8–12 weeks or longer
Customers acknowledge that handmade production requires time and that estimated completion dates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping & Tracking
Once your order has been completed and dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email.
Shipping transit times vary by destination country, customs procedures, local postal services, weather conditions, and carrier operations.
PLASTIKTIARA cannot guarantee specific delivery dates once a parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier.
Customs & Import Inspections
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, security screenings, import duties, taxes, or other government regulations.
These procedures are beyond our control and may result in unexpected transit delays.
Whenever possible, PLASTIKTIARA will assist customers in resolving customs-related issues. However, customs authorities and shipping carriers maintain final control over parcel processing and release.
Shipping Delays
A delayed parcel does not automatically indicate a lost parcel.
Customers agree to allow reasonable time for carrier investigations, customs clearance, and transit updates before replacement or compensation options are discussed.
Lost Parcels
A parcel will only be considered lost after confirmation from the shipping carrier or after a reasonable investigation period has been completed.
PLASTIKTIARA reserves the right to determine the most appropriate resolution, including replacement, store credit, or other remedies where applicable.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees before reshipment can be arranged.
Delivery Responsibility
PLASTIKTIARA's responsibility for physical delivery transfers to the shipping carrier once the parcel has been accepted and scanned by the carrier.
While we will continue assisting customers throughout the shipping process, transit operations remain under the control of third-party logistics providers and customs authorities.
