PLASTIKTIARA is an independent doll fashion studio founded by Mohammad Fajar, a designer, maker, and collector whose journey has taken him across Southeast Asia in pursuit of creativity and craftsmanship.

Born in Siem Reap, Cambodia, Mohammad's passion for art and fashion began at an early age. Drawn to storytelling through clothing and visual design, he later spent time in Bangkok, Thailand, where he continued developing his artistic perspective and exploring different creative influences.

Eventually, his journey led him to Vietnam, where PLASTIKTIARA was born.

What started as a personal passion project gradually evolved into a dedicated studio focused on creating couture-inspired fashion for collectors around the world. Today, every PLASTIKTIARA piece is developed with the belief that doll fashion deserves the same creativity, detail, and craftsmanship found in full-scale fashion.

Unlike mass-produced products, our work is created in limited quantities. Many designs involve hand sewing, embroidery, beadwork, pattern drafting, and countless hours of refinement before reaching collectors. Every stitch reflects the care and dedication behind the process.

The road has not always been easy.

Like many independent artists, Mohammad has faced challenges that tested both his business and his determination. One of the most difficult periods came when access to business funds became restricted due to account-related complications, creating significant obstacles for a small studio operating independently.

Rather than walking away, he chose to continue creating, rebuilding, and finding new ways to serve collectors directly.

Those experiences shaped the values that define PLASTIKTIARA today: resilience, transparency, craftsmanship, and a deep appreciation for the collectors who continue to support independent artists.

More than a business, PLASTIKTIARA is a reflection of a lifelong creative journey — one that spans countries, cultures, challenges, and dreams.
