All Sales Are Final

All items sold by Plastiktiara are handmade, limited, made to order, pre-order, one-of-a-kind, or produced in small quantities.

For this reason, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, store credit requests, or refunds after an order has been confirmed, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law.

Please review all item photographs, descriptions, measurements, processing times, and shipping details carefully before placing your order.

Cancellation Window

Orders may be cancelled only within 48 hours of being placed.

To request a cancellation within this period, please email pltrdoll@gmail.com with your order number and the name used at checkout.

Once 48 hours have passed, materials, production time, and/or order preparation may already have been allocated. The order is then final and cannot be cancelled, changed, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Requests to change an item, size, colour, shipping address, or combine/separate orders after this period cannot be guaranteed and are handled only where operationally possible.

No Returns, Exchanges or Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Change of mind
Accidental purchases
Incorrect address submitted by the customer
Fit, compatibility, or body-type concerns
Colour differences caused by lighting or screen settings
Expectations that differ from product photographs or descriptions
Minor handmade variations
Delays caused by customs, postal services, carriers, local taxes, import requirements, or events outside our control
Refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable parcels
Sale, discounted, clearance, pre-order, made-to-order, custom, and OOAK items

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address and contact information are complete and correct before checkout.

Handmade Nature of Our Items

Every item is handmade at miniature scale. Small differences in stitching, bead placement, fabric placement, finishing, or proportion are natural characteristics of handmade work and are not considered defects.

Colours may vary slightly depending on photography, lighting, device settings, and screen calibration.

Doll bodies vary in size and shape. Unless otherwise stated, our items are designed for 1/6 scale fashion dolls with a similar body size. Fit is not guaranteed across every doll body.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is materially incorrect from your confirmed order, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at pltrdoll@gmail.com.

Your email must include:

Order number
Full name used at checkout
Clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label
A brief explanation of the issue

Reports made after 48 hours of confirmed delivery may not be accepted.

We will review eligible reports individually. If an issue is confirmed, any remedy required by applicable law will be handled appropriately. Do not return any item unless we provide written instructions.

Shipping, Customs and Import Duties

Once a parcel has been accepted by the carrier, shipping transit, customs clearance, import inspection, delivery scheduling, and local postal handling are outside our direct control.

Delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, public holidays, address issues, or local import procedures do not create an automatic right to cancellation, return, exchange, or refund.

Customers are responsible for providing any information or documentation requested by their local customs authority or carrier.

Chargebacks, Fraud and Bad-Faith Conduct

We welcome respectful communication and will always review legitimate order concerns in good faith.

However, we reserve the right to refuse service, cancel future orders where permitted, and protect our business against fraudulent claims, payment disputes raised in bad faith, harassment, threats, false statements, or coordinated efforts intended to damage our business.

Where necessary, we may seek advice from and take appropriate action through U.S.-based legal counsel or other relevant legal representatives.
